V.A.S.T is about community supporting community. This retreat is designed to empower women mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will be creating true tools for growth in each of these areas so that when you leave, you are ready to take all that you learned back home with you. It is filled with journaling exercises, vision building work, time management/self care workshops, outdoor activities, great food, laughs, and tons of fun and support! This is an opportunity for us to come together to build each other up and complete the V.A.S.T acronym!
